Poder Consultancy was founded in March 2006 to answer the growing demand for skilled consultants within the software developement field. The company philosophy is to takes an engineers approach to developement, and can be summed up in the following criteria:
- Do not develope more then is needed
- Design for future growth
- Write stable and fuctional code
- Write code and documentation such that it facilitates easy hand-over
- Develope modulated to allow easy refactoring, unit-testing and black-boxing

Poder Consultancy is a growing company, and below is a list of employees. For information about individuals please follow the links. These will also give a more detailed view of the persons work experience and qualifications, and will thereby give a more complete picture than can be gained from the qualifications table.
Though the companies focus is software developement, our qualifications do include a moderate knowledge of and experience with hardware developement, which is very helpful in embedded developement. Having this knowledge of hardware developement allows for an understanding of when optimization for speed, error resistance, ease of debugging, changability and many other aspects are warranted, and just as important; when they are not.
